The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe's Tribal Council distributed $2,951,258 to local
units of government and public schools throughout Isabella, Arenac and Northern Bay
County for the fall 2011 annual 2% distribution during the week of November 28, 2011.
Those funds come from net gaming proceeds from class III games of chance. Items such as schools busses, road improvements, computer labs, text books and much more are purchased with these proceeds.
