WALK IN SCHOOL/SPORTS/DENTAL PE'S
FROM 4PM TO 7PM WILL BE DONE ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:

AUGUST 1ST

AUGUST 30TH
SEPTEMBER 17TH
THESE ARE WALK IN AND ONLY THE FIRST 40WILL BE DONE ON EACH NIGHT NO APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED.
ALL MEDICAL CLINIC PARTICIPANTS WILL BE PUT IN A DRAWING FOR SOME NICE PRIZES
ONLY SCHOOL/SPORTS/ DENTAL EXAMS WILL BE DONE-ALONG WITH ANY IMMUNIZATIONS DUE
