5 Kettlebell Deep Yoga Squats w/Shifts

20 Banded Stepouts

Warm-Up on and get used to Front Squats again

 

Strength/Skill

6 x 1 of:

Front Squats

- work up to a 1 Rep Max

  

Metcon

"Take it Back to the Ramp"

On a 1:30 Minute Clock perform

10 Power Cleans (95/65)

10 Push Press (95/65)

then for remainder of the clock AMRAP Back Squats

- then take 1:30 rest

*3 Cycles

- Score total amount of Back Squats

8-12 Leg Curl Machine

6-10 Sandbag Drag Planks
