Warm-Up on and get used to Front Squats again

Front Squats

- During Rest Warm-Up on Power Cleans

"Cleaned the Walls Up"

10 Minute AMRAP of:

5 Power Cleans (155/100)

15 Wall Balls (20/14)

20 Anchored Sit-Ups w/Med Ball (20/14)

 

Intended Stimulus: A nice mix of some movements that should take similar effort. Break up the power cleans and see how long you can go unbroken on the wall balls. Anchored sit-ups should be relatively easy and will add to the workout nicely.
