8 Foam Rollout Shoulder Mobs

10 Push-ups on Foam Roller

12 Band Seperates

10 Stiff Legged Calories on Rower

 

Strength/Skill

8-6-6-4 of:

Banded Bench Press

 

Metcon

"Wrecking the Shuttle"

On a 2 minute clock

22 Air Squats

8 Burpees

then for the remainder of the time perform shuttle run (40 feet between cones)

*3 Rounds

- Score total cones touched

- No rest between rounds stop wherever you're at and begin to perform air squats and proced to the next cone for a rep

&

10 Barbell Curls
