3 Elbows High

3 High Muscle Snatch

3 Hang Snatch

3 Bar Paths

3 Ful Snatches

 

Strength/Skill

10 Minutes of:

Snatch Practice

 

Metcon

"Sit up and Snatch it!"

For the first 3 Minutes

EMOM 12 Sit-ups (On the zero mark start with 12 Sit-ups)

For the remaining of the minute perform AMRAP of Hang Snatches (75/43)

For the next 3 Minutes (Starting at the 3 minute mark)

EMOM 6 Hang Snatches (75/43)

For the remained of the minute perform AMRAP of Sit-ups
