EMOM - 5 Box Jumps & AMRAP of Dumbbell Thrusters (30/15)

then

5 minutes of:

EMOM - 5 Wall Balls & AMRAP of Med Ball Sit-ups (20/12)

*Score total of Thruster + Sit-ups
