Telecommunications Unit
The Telecommunications unit is responsible for providing
telephone, modem, cell phone, and pager services to
the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe. This unit works
with outside contractors to ensure appropriate wiring/connectivity
is installed to support end-user access to voice, data
and networking resources for all new buildings. The
Telecommunications unit also maintains the call accounting
system which enables departments to budget for their
telephone usage.
