IT Support Services teams’ primary objective is to provide a single point of contact for technology related requests throughout the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort. IT Support Services teams’ primary responsibilities are to provide support for installation and configuration of computers, applications, peripheral equipment (printers, etc.) and operating systems throughout the governmental, academic, gaming and hospitality organizations.
