Margaret Steslicki

Margaret Steslicki, RN, BSN, MA - Medical Clinic Director

Margaret has over 37 years of experience in the field of Health Care. She is a Registered nurse and graduated from Wayne State University with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 1979. She earned her Master's degree in Health Promotion and Program Management from CMU in May 2000. Margaret began working for the SCIT in June of 1995 as the Women's Health/Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Coordinator (BCCCP) and became the Nimkee Medical Clinic Director in Jan. of 2001. She has a strong clinical background with a history of working in Medical Surgical Nursing, Cardiac Care, Home Care, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, and Health Care Management and Administration. Margaret is a Board member for the Isabella Pardee Cancer Treatment Fund and the Isabella Citizen's for Health.

Margaret has been married to her husband Tom, for 37 years, has two children, who are both married and is a proud grandmother to two granddaughters. In her free time, Margaret is an avid gardener, enjoys hobbies including stained glass, mosaics, jewelry making, she enjoys traveling, volunteering and most of all spending time with her family and friends.



Deborah L. Eisenmann

Deborah L. Eisenmann, M.D. - Family Practice Physician

Dr. Eisenmann is a board certified Family Practitioner who has been providing services at Nimkee Memorial Wellness Center since August 1992. Dr. Eisenmann received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Oral Roberts University School of Medicine in 1987. She completed her postgraduate training in Family Practice Residency, at MidMichigan Regional Medical Center, Midland, Michigan in 1990. Dr. Eisenmann is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine and an adjunct staff member at McLaren Central Michigan Hospital.

In her spare time, Dr. Eisenmann enjoys reading, camping, taking her antique tractor to shows and attending or watching sporting events (Detroit Tigers, U of M, C.M.U.).



Prem Barry Kissoondial

Prem Barry Kissoondial, M.D. - Family Practice Physician

Dr. Kissoondial has worked for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe since 2013. Dr. Kissoondial is a board certified Family Practice Physician. Dr. Kissoondial received his medical degree from Utkal University, Orissa, India in 1990. He completed his Family Medicine Residency in 1996 at the Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. He served as a Family Practice Physician and Associate Medical Director from 1996 to June 2013 at the Community Health Net/Hamot Medical Center.



Shelley Frantz

Shelley Frantz, PA-C - Physicians Assistant

Shelley Frantz, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant. Shelley received her Master's of Science majoring as a Physician Assistant from Central Michigan University. Her undergraduate degree was also obtained from Central Michigan University in Health Fitness and Preventative and Rehabilitative Programs.

Shelley has formally worked in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Urgent Care within the Mt. Pleasant area. Shelley has joined the Nimkee Medical staff in August 2016.



Angela Asa

Angela Asa, PA-C - Physicians Assistant

Angela F. Asa PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant. She received her Master's in Physician Assistant degree from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. She has a special interest in Pediatrics and Women's Health Care. She has been providing medical services in Isabella and Gratiot counties since 2008. Angela joined the Nimkee Medical staff in September 2016.



Nettie White

Nettie White, RN; Medical Executive Assistant

Nettie has been working for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe since January 1995. She works with the Electronic Medical Record and maintains our providers schedule in the computerized scheduling package. She has also assisted the Medical Clinic Director and staff with many projects. Nettie's hobbies include stained glass, camping, her dogs and reading.



Karen Naganashe

Karen Naganashe - Administrative Assistant II

Karen has been working for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe for over 12 years. Karen is the assistant to the Medical Clinic Director, responsible for ordering office supplies, billing, and also helps in covering the medical front desk as a medical clinic specialist. Karen enjoys bowling and working at Nimkee Clinic.



Nicole Aasved

Nicole Aasved - Medical Clinic Specialist

Nicole has worked for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe for 21 years and has been at Nimkee Clinic since 2003. Nicole is responsible for scheduling patients with outside providers, x-rays, CT's, etc. Nicole is also responsible for handling outside provider referrals. She is a graduate Ferris State University. Nicole enjoys spending time with her two sons, going to the movies (especially horror or comedy), traveling and going to her two sons sporting events.

Sara Alexander

Sara Alexander, MA - Medical Assistant

Sara is a Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Member and has worked for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe since 2002. Sara graduated from Mid-Michigan Community College with an Associate Medical Assistant Degree and in addition achieved certification through the Certifying Board of the American Association of Medical Assistants. She is responsible for being a clinic MA and works with Angela Asa PA-C. Sara is married and has two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, motocross, football, and traveling.



Leah Carmody

Leah Carmody, LPN - Medical Clinic Nurse

Leah has worked for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe for since 2007. She graduated from Davenport University in Midland. She is responsible for being a clinic nurse and maintenance of the lab package. Leah has two children, Madeleine and Conner, enjoys shopping, reading, movies, listening to music and sports events.



Devon Knorr

Devon Knorr, MA - Medical Assistant

Devon is a registered medical Assistant who started working at Nimkee Memorial Wellness Center in 2016. She graduated from Ross Medical School in 2014. She is married and has one son. She enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, and most of all loves being a mother and wife.



Nicole Aasved

Janice Fortino, LPN - Medical Clinic Nurse

Janice has worked for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe for 11.5 years. Jan is responsible for being a clinic nurse. She is a graduate of Montcalm Community College. Jan enjoys baking, golf and watching the ID station.



Jamie Recker

Jamie Recker, MA - Medical Assistant

Jamie is a Registered Medical Assistant and has been working at Nimkee Memorial wellness Center since 2015. She graduated from Mid-Michigan Community College in 2010. Jamie is married and has one son. She enjoys time with her family and friends and her three dogs.



Twila Schrot

Twila Schrot, LPN - Medical Clinic Nurse; Immunization Coordinator

Twila has worked for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe since 1980. Twila was the first nurse that was hired and has played a huge role in making the clinic successful. Twila is responsible for being a clinic nurse, she is the Immunization Coordinator for the clinic and is the lead coordinator of the Colorectal Cancer screening initiative. Twila is a graduate of Mid-Michigan Community College. Twila is married with two children and enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband, sewing and her three dogs.


Amy Wittenbach

Amy Wittenbach, LPN - Medical Clinic Nurse

Amy has worked for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe for 4.5 years. Amy is responsible for being a clinic nurse, and co-coordinator of lab package. Amy is a graduate of Grand Rapids Junior College. Amy enjoys walking, gardening, church ministries, and mostly spending time with her family and friends. She is also a big fan of University of Michigan and the Detroit Tigers.
