Dr. Eisenmann is a board certified Family Practitioner who has been providing services at Nimkee Memorial Wellness Center since August 1992. Dr. Eisenmann received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Oral Roberts University School of Medicine in 1987. She completed her postgraduate training in Family Practice Residency, at MidMichigan Regional Medical Center, Midland, Michigan in 1990. Dr. Eisenmann is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine and an adjunct staff member at McLaren Central Michigan Hospital.

In her spare time, Dr. Eisenmann enjoys reading, camping, taking her antique tractor to shows and attending or watching sporting events (Detroit Tigers, U of M, C.M.U.).

Dr. Kissoondial has worked for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe since 2013. Dr. Kissoondial is a board certified Family Practice Physician. Dr. Kissoondial received his medical degree from Utkal University, Orissa, India in 1990. He completed his Family Medicine Residency in 1996 at the Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. He served as a Family Practice Physician and Associate Medical Director from 1996 to June 2013 at the Community Health Net/Hamot Medical Center.

I am very excited to join the medical team at the Nimkee Memorial Wellness Clinic this year. I am a family practice doctor and have been practicing in the Bay City and Midland areas for the past 20 years.

I am originally from the Chicago area and attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.

My focus is on mainly adolescent and adult health but see patients of all ages if needed. I also do some osteopathic manipulative medicine. Think of me as a mix of a MD and chiropractor. Prior to medical school I worked as a therapeutic massage therapist, so am able to use some of these skills with my osteopathic treatments.

On a personal note, I am married with two sons. My husband is a tribal member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians in Atmore Alabama. This grounds my interest in working with tribal nations. We like riding trails on our side-by-side and go on motorcycle rides and trips with friends. We have two black labs and like to spend time pheasant hunting with them.

Shelley Frantz, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant. Shelley received her Master's of Science majoring as a Physician Assistant from Central Michigan University. Her undergraduate degree was also obtained from Central Michigan University in Health Fitness and Preventative and Rehabilitative Programs.

Shelley has formally worked in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Urgent Care within the Mt. Pleasant area. Shelley has joined the Nimkee Medical staff in August 2016.

Angela F. Asa PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant. She received her Master's in Physician Assistant degree from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. She has a special interest in Pediatrics and Women's Health Care. She has been providing medical services in Isabella and Gratiot counties since 2008. Angela joined the Nimkee Medical staff in September 2016.

Nicole has worked for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe for 21 years and has been at Nimkee Clinic since 2003. Nicole is responsible for scheduling patients with outside providers, x-rays, CT's, etc. Nicole is also responsible for handling outside provider referrals. She is a graduate Ferris State University. Nicole enjoys spending time with her two sons, going to the movies (especially horror or comedy), traveling and going to her two sons sporting events.
