To be eligible for services within the clinic, you must be a member of a federally recognized tribe or be a direct descendant of the Saginaw Chippewa
Indian Tribe. An application needs to be completed and all proofs included. Unless you are from the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe,
you must live within the five county service areas, which are Isabella, Clare, Midland, Arenac and Missaukee counties.
Contract health provides financial assistance with outside medical providers, testing, and hospital care bills when referred by Nimkee providers. To be eligible
for this assistance, clients must be contract health eligible and either has insurance or must apply for insurance through the Department of Human Services (DHS)
