TRIBAL COUNCIL NEEDS YOU TO SERVE ON THE INDIAN CHILD WELFARE COMMITTEE
The Indian Child Welfare Committee (ICWC) has been established to provide for the welfare of the children of the Tribe. They make recommendations regarding abuse/neglect investigations, out of home placements, licensing, reunifications, adoptions, Tribal Court cases, etc. The ICWC meets at least twice a month with special and/or emergency meetings occurring on occasion.(-More-)
