Native Farmers Market brings in harvest time bounty 9-27-16

Nimkee Public Health Educator and REACH Grant Coordinator Brandon Schultz mentions the Native Farmers Market is in countdown mode for the end of a successful season.  

“There’s only two market days left after today as October 11th will be the final market day of the 2016 season.  Fall is in the air and the market has all the produce to make your favorite comfort meals a little healthier.  Squash, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, apples, baked goods and homemade bread,” Schultz said.  “Our market artisans will have their wares on display as well as we have a Garmin Vivofit activity tracker as a special giveaway incentive for a lucky winner.  Grab a friend, family member, neighbor, and/ or co-worker and come visit us at the Farm Market pavilion, today 10 am until 2 pm.
