Fairchild honored as Educator of the Month

In an effort to provide bonus coverage, Team Observer joins with the SCIT Tribal Education Department and the Saginaw Chippewa Academy as Bridget Fairchild is honored as Outstanding Educator of the Month.  Serving the academy the last ten years as the SCA cook, fondly recognized by the students as “The Lunch Lady”, Fairchild received a bag of goodies and a certificate of appreciation from Education Administrative Assistant II Christina Halliwill (pictured left) and Curriculum Instructional Coordinator Kelli Cassaday (right).  A full story on “The Lunch Lady” will be featured in the November edition of the Tribal Observer.
