In an effort to provide bonus coverage, Team Observer joins with the Saginaw Chippewa Academy in congratulating SCA Teacher Susan Jeffrey as “Educator of the Month.”  Mrs. Jeffrey received her award and goodie jar on “SCA Mustache Day” from SCA Principal Marcella Mosqueda (left) and Tribal Education Administrative Assistant Christina Halliwill (right).

“I have been teaching kindergarten at SCA for almost five years. I am blessed that I have a job that I enjoy and no day is ever the same: Each day brings different challenges and situations,” Mrs. Jeffrey explains.  “ I am fortunate too that I work with a supportive group of teachers and staff members.”

Mrs. Jeffrey and her “Educator of the Month” feature will be included in the April newspaper and online edition of the Tribal Observer.
