Brenda Lee Starkey, 52, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2012.
Service: 2 pm Wednesday, Chapel of J. E. Foust Funeral Home, 523 S Main St, Grapevine. Visitation: 12 noon to 5 pm Monday, 9 am - 5 pm Tuesday.
Brenda was born on February 11, 1959 in Flint, MI to Francis and Willodean Davis. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Brenda enjoyed shopping, crossword puzzles, Reality T.V., sitting in the sun, the beach and telling stories. She was a Tribal Elder of the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan.
Survivors: Daughter, Deanita Tamm and husband Daniel; son, Joshua Davis-Hugg; grandchildren, Monica Clark and Daniel Hugg; sisters, Judy Deatelhauser, Kathy Thornton, Linda Davis and Terry Schmitzer; brother, Kevin Davis; nieces and nephews, Becky, Harv, Rachel, Elijah, Isaac, Preston, Kelly, Joey, Krista, Brandon, April, Eddie, Zach, Crysta, Carrie and Shannon; and extended family.
