Services: A memorial service for Lupe will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Monday, December 20th at 2 p.m. with Rev. Owen White-Pigeon officiating.
Memorial:Memorial contributions may be made to Woodland Hospice or the Chippewa Indian United Methodist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.
Lupe was born on November 9, 1964 in Grand Rapids, MI, the son of Lupe and Shirley (Neyome) Rodriguez. He was a member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and loved the Michigan State Spartans and golfing.
Lupe is survived by his children, Kristen Rodriguez of Tarpon Springs, FL, Erik (Michelle) Rodriguez of Mt. Pleasant, and Katherine Rodriguez of Clearwater, FL; grandson, Cayden Rodriguez; father, Lupe Rodriguez of Grand Rapids; brothers, Kevin Rodriguez of Grand Rapids, Daniel Rodriguez of Mt. Pleasant, and Antonio Rodriguez of Grand Rapids; sisters, Lisa (Joe) Snyder of Mt. Pleasant and Trisha (Tom) Trasky of Grand Rapids; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Lupe was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Rodriguez; grandmother, Jenny Brunner; and many aunts and uncles.
