Kathleen May Kross, age 77, of Mt. Pleasant passed away on Thursday, November 11 , 2010 at her niece's home In Saginaw. Kathleen was born on June 13, 1933 in Burt, Michigan , the daughter of
George and Lena May Chatfield Wheaton.
Private graveside services will be held for Kathleen at the Chippewa Indian Cemetery in Burt, Michigan. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at Rowley Funeral Home. Interment will be In the Chippewa Indian Cemetery in Burt, Michigan next to her husband Edward F.
Kross.

On November 21, 1952, Kathleen married Eddie Kross in Saginaw County.She has been a resident
of the Mt. Pleasant are~ for the last 4 years moving here from Benton Harbor. Kathleen is a
member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribal Nation. She enjoyed the casino, beadwork, crafts,
and bingo.
Kathleen is survived by a son, Edward Corey Kross; a grandson, Corey Kross; an aunt, Mary Ann
Smith; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a
