April 29 Leadership Award given to Dawnseh Wilson

SCIT AfterschoolProgram student Dawnseh Wilson has been chosen for this weeks Eagle Leadership Award.  She is being awarded for her participation in all activities, having outstanding good behavior and being a leader and positive role model to her sibling.  She is also being awarded for respecting other youth, the facility and staff.  SCIT Public Relations Manager Marcella Hadden presented the award and spoke about Anishinaabe Kwe who are leaders in the community.  Marcella referenced the women who currently serve on Tribal Council along with former Chief Audrey Falcon and Chief Gail Jackson. Tasheenah Foley and Kyle Wilson are the proud parents of Dawnseh.
