Arianne Cole Barnhart, age 23, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Friday, December 11, 2015.

Funeral Services for Arianne will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Monday, December 14, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Owen White-Pigeon officiating. Interment will follow in the Chippewa Township Cemetery. A Luncheon will be held at the Reflections Reception Center following the committal service. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 13, 2015 from 2 to 9 p.m. with a Vigil at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue the day of the service from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Arianne was born on September 14, 1992 in Lansing, the daughter of Joseph and Janet (Jackson) Barnhart. Arianne was a member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe. She loved to listen to music, go fishing, camping, spend time outdoors, movies, and spending time with family. She will be remembered for her humor and deep love. 

Arianne is survived by her mother, Janet; sister, Breanna Barnhart; 2 nieces, Azrae Wemigwans and Brooklyn Jackson; 3 nephews, Kyle Shomin, Rodney Jackson, Jr., and Edmund Jackson; soulmate, Gabe Salter; beloved dog, Mary; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Arianne was preceded in death by her father, Joseph; brother, Rodney Jackson, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Willis and Josephine Jackson; paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Marilyn Barnhart; great-grandmother, Beatrice Peters; aunt, Peggy Strait; and uncles, Jeffery Jackson and Barry Jackson.
