BENNETT, TIMOTHY PETER, age 62, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Friday, March 1, 2024, at Covenant Hospital in Saginaw.

Funeral Services for Tim will take place at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Clark Family Funeral Chapel. Interment will immediately follow at Woodland Cemetery. Following burial, a luncheon will be held at Seventh Generation. The family will receive friends on Tuesday beginning at 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Tim was born in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, March 26, 1961, the son of Robert and Esther (McDonald) Bennett. He was a member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe. Tim was married to Dawn (Snyder) on August 18, 2007; she preceded him in death on May 15, 2020. He enjoyed fishing, bonfires, and time with the grandkids. Tim also liked playing cards and dice and watching old western movies and COPS.

Tim is survived by his children, Jackie (Aaron) Graveratte, Erica Bennett, Keith (Melissa) Bennett, Tina Sceals, Anthony Bennett, Aaron Bennett; stepchildren Charles (Kathy) Snyder, Terry (Amanda) Snyder; 16 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brothers Randy Bennett, Robert (Genevieve) Bennett; sisters Lisa Bennett, Rhonda (Mike) Bennett and many nieces and nephews. Tim is also survived by a special caregiver, Melonie Munoz.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents; wife; son Timothy; brothers Leo and Michael Bennett; and sister Roberta Bennett.
