Mary Lunham Obituary

Mary Margaret Waboose Lunham, age 45, passed away at MyMidMichigan Gratiot Hospital on Friday April 19, 2024. 

Funeral Services for Mary will take place at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 12. P.M. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will take place at Woodland Cemetery. Following burial, a luncheon will be held at Seventh Generation. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at the chapel. 

Mary was born to Rocky and Elaine (Pego) Lunham on October 5, 1978 in Mt. Pleasant. She was a proud member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe. Mary married Lorenzo Claudio on December 7, 2007 in Mt. Pleasant. She enjoyed going to the casino, and making food from cooking shows. 

Mary is survived by her husband, Lorenzo Claudio; father, Rocky; children, Gegek "Kaleb", Waasamoo "Jake", Tobias "Toby" and Kiara. 3 dogs Cheeny, 

"Little Lady Princessa" and Zeus; grandchildren, Leila and Elaina; sister, Shawana; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Mary was preceded in death by her mother, Elaine Pego, dad Kevin Shawnoo; sisters Rose and Segwen; Grace and Buddy Pego and Uncle Bo Pego.
