Tribal Elders: If you have an emergency during December 21, 2023-January 1, 2024 that falls under the EAHRP guidelines-Furnace, Plumbing, and/or Electrical repair please call (989) 775-4014 and leave a message or email KMcCoy@sagchip.org as early as possible, even if it’s after hours.

• If you contact a contractor to take care of your emergency please do not pay them as the EAHRP will not reimburse. Arrangements will be made with the contractor for payment.
• You will be contacted to get the EAHRP application and documentation after Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
• This is a “Once in a Lifetime” grant. Prior program use deems ineligibility
