12 Overhead Squats w/5 Second Holds Every 3 Reps

Warm-Up on Back Squats

 

Strength/Skill

5-5-3-3 of:

Back Squats

- During rest perform crossover I,Y,T, As and Angels & warm-up on snatch

 

Metcon

"Randy Had to Burp"

Perform the Hero WOD "Randy" that consist of:

75 Power Snatches (75/50)

- Everytime you break perform 5 Burpee Over Bar

*Time to Complete Snatches

"Break" =  letting of the bar or holding bar at the bottom or overhead for longer than 2 seconds

 

Accessory

3 Sets of:

10-15 Reverse Hypers

10-20 GHD Sit-Ups

 1 Kettlebell Suitcase Carry Each
