The deadline for adult annual reports is TODAY, May 4, 2022 by 5 pm. There are approximately 62 adult annual reports that have not been turned in.
The deadline for June child welfare affidavits is this Friday, May 6, 2022 by 5 pm. There are approximately 96 child welfare affidavits still out.
