LeRoy Donald Scharaswak

LeRoy Donald Scharaswak, age 71 of Greenville, MI passed away Monday, March 2, 2020.

He is survived by his daughter, Julie and Matthew Zuidema and his grandsons: Hunter and Hayden Zuidema. He is proceeded in death by his son Donald Scharaswak.

LeRoy proudly served his country in the United States Navy as a SeaBee serving 5 tours of duty in Vietnam, he also served and retired from the Army National Guard.

He was employed at General Electric in Holland for many years and retired from Amway. LeRoy was an elder in the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe. He was a board member of Michigan Bikers Helping Veterans.

Interment with military honors will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI. Arrangements are pending and will be announced by Yntema Funeral Home.
