Love and Logic will continue every Monday during the month of March from 4 pm – 6 pm at Nimkee Public Health.

 

March Minutes takes place Friday, March 1st through Sunday, March 31st. Stop by your Tribal Library for more information.

 

Fashion Show and Soup Fundraiser will be held Friday, March 1st at Ziibiwing from 12 pm – 1 pm.

 

Final Day for Ziibiwing’s Artist-In-Residence will be held Friday, March 1st from 5:30 p m – 8:30 pm.

 

Saganing Blood Drive takes place Monday, March 4th from 8 am - 3 pm.

 

Lunch and Learn will be held in Saganing on Tuesday, March 5th from 11:30am – 1 pm.

 

Celebrating Families Program will be held at the Saginaw Chippewa Academy on Tuesday, March 5th, March 12th, & March 19th from 6 pm – 8 pm.

 

SCA Family Night will be held Wednesday, March 6th from 5 pm – 7 pm.

 

Anishinaabemowin & Sacred Fire Lunch will take place at 7th Generation on Thursday, March 7th & March 21st from 12 pm – 1 pm.

 

Language Bingo takes place Thursday, March 7th from 1 pm – 3 pm at Andahwod.

 

The Saginaw Chippewa/Isabella County FAN Support Group will be held Thursday, March 7th from 7 pm – 8:30 pm in the Tribal Operations Seniors Room.

 

Traditional Healer Donnie Dowd will be at Behavioral Health on Friday, March 8th from 9 am – 4 pm for appointments and 5 pm for Sweat Lodge. Please call for (989) 775-4850 for an appointment.

 

Chili Cook-Off takes place Friday, March 8th from 12 pm – 12:30 at the Saganing Tribal Center.

Baby Swing & Moss Bag Workshop takes place Monday, March 11th through Friday, March 15th from 5 pm – 8 pm at Ziibiwing.

 

Sam’s Club Membership Drive will take place Tuesday, March 12th from 10 am – 2 pm in the Tribal Operations Seniors Room for SCIT Tribal Members and Associates.

 

Sewing with Friends takes place at Andahwod on Tuesday, March 12th& March 26th from 1 pm – 5 pm.

 

Energy Healing Circle will be held Tuesday, March 12th & March 26th from 4 pm – 5 pm at Behavioral Health.

 

SCIT Elder’s Breakfast takes place at Andahwod on Wednesday, March 13th & March 27th from 9 am – 10 am.

 

Corn Soup Fundraiser will be held at 7th Generation on Wednesday, March 13th from 11:30 am – 1 pm.

 

Youth Council will meet on Wednesday, March 13th & March 27th from 5 pm – 6 pm in the Recreation Teen Lounge.

Struggling or need support?  Residential Treatment Center – Behavioral Health offers drop-in relapse prevention groups on Mondays from 5:30 pm to 7 pm and Fridays from 11:30 am to 1 pm.

Anishinabe Ogitchedaw Veterans Society meets the first Tuesday of the month in the Seniors Room of Tribal Operations from 6 pm to 8:30 pm.

 

Narcotics Anonymous takes place every Tuesday in the Behavioral Health Lodge from 7 pm – 8 pm.

Community Sewing Nights take place at 7th Generation every Thursday from 5 pm – 8 pm. 

 

Drums Out takes place on Thursdays from 6 pm – 8 pm at 7th Generation’s Blue House.

 

Active Parenting Now Classes are held on Fridays at Anishnaabeg Child and Family Services from 10:30 am – 12 pm.

 

The Tribal Clerk’s Office is closed every Friday for walk in/desk services for Administrative Office Day.
