The Risk Management and Insurance area consists of a director, safety personnel, workers' compensation and property and liability personnel, occupational nurses and fringe benefit personnel. The Risk Management staff provide safety awareness and development of safety practices that make our workplace a safer and comfortable environment. Once again, Risk Management takes a proactive approach to risk exposures and loss prevention. The insurance side of Risk Management is responsible for negotiating premiums with all of our insurance providers. They also facilitate and oversee the fringe benefit enrollment of our employees.
