Guest room attendants clean guestrooms, suites and public areas while working to
ensure all guest needs are properly met in a friendly and professional manner; answer guest
questions about the hotel, its facilities and the local area.
Casino ambassadors report to Slot supervisors. Routinely, there is more than
one supervisor on each shift to increase accessibility.
Casino ambassadors greet casino guests and provide them with prompt, friendly
and courteous service; perform minor machine repairs and jackpot payouts; general housekeeping
within assigned area; answer guest questions regarding slot machine payouts and game rules.
