Waitstaff:

Reports to:
Waitstaff Team members report to their respective Food & Beverage supervisors. Routinely there is more than one supervisor on each shift to increase accessibility.
The job:
Waitstaff greet guests and take food/drink orders; serve orders accurately and professionally; remain attentive to guests throughout their entire dining/drinking experience; maintain high cleanliness standards within the food/drink outlets, kitchen areas and wait stations; restocking, cleaning and polishing as time permits.

Guest Room Attendant:

Reports to:
Guest room attendants report to Housekeeping supervisors. Routinely, there is more than one supervisor on each shift to increase accessibility.
The job:
Guest room attendants clean guestrooms, suites and public areas while working to ensure all guest needs are properly met in a friendly and professional manner; answer guest questions about the hotel, its facilities and the local area.

Slot Attendant:

Reports to:
Slot Attendant report to Slot supervisors. Routinely, there is more than one supervisor on each shift to increase accessibility.
The job:
Slot Attendant greet casino guests and provide them with prompt, friendly and courteous service; perform minor machine repairs and jackpot payouts; general housekeeping within assigned area; answer guest questions regarding slot machine payouts and game rules.
