Shannon Marie Chippeway, 35, of Mount Pleasant passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at her home.
Funeral Services for Shannon will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, July 11, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Owen White-Pigeon officiating. Interment will follow at the Woodland Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 5 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, July 11 from 12 noon until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.
Shannon was born on December 20, 1976 in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of Darrell Wrightman and Genevieve (Neyome) Chippeway.
Shannon is survived by her daughter, Genna Sprague; son, Page Surline; mother, Genevieve; step-father, Robert Bennett, Jr.; brothers, Ryan Chippeway and Darrell (Lyndsey) Chippeway; sisters, Starla Neyome and Teela Chippeway; nieces and nephews, Tyler and Nyah Chippeway, Kayen Fuller, and Sadie Chippeway; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many good friends.
Shannon was preceded in death by her father, Darrell; grandparents, Fred and Frances (Altiman) Neyome and Jim and Bernice Wrightman.
