4/17/2024 3:39:00 PM - Behavioral Health

I am proud to announce the No More Stolen Sisters Event, on Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 4:30-6 pm at Broadway Park. Broadway Park shares a parking lot with SCIT Housing, 2451 Nish Na Be Among Dr. Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858.

Please join the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan’s Behavioral Health Victim Services, the Zonta Club of Mt. Pleasant, R.I.S.E Advocacy, Inc., McLaren Central Michigan, and CMU Museum of Cultural and Natural History on May 16th, to gain awareness of the Missing and Murdered Indigenous People Movement and hear from guest speakers. Joel Postma, Regional MMIP Coordinator of the Great Lakes Region for the U.S. Department of Justice and family members who have lost loved ones have bravely and graciously offered their time to speak. I would love to give them a HUGE turn out from our community, so please share this email and flyer with family, friends, co-workers, or strangers. We all look very forward to seeing you there! I encourage you to wear red to show support!!
