Barbara Jean Poulos

Barbara Jean Poulos, age 74 of Midland, passed away Sunday, Jan. 28, 2024 surrounded by many of her loved ones. She was born April 5, 1949 and raised in the Tri-Cities area. She married the love of her life Jan. 5, 1973. During their marriage they had twin boys which they raised together for 15 years before she became widowed unexpectedly, Jan. 2, 1993. She continued to raise her boys and has always been there to care for her family. Barbara was a member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan and proud of her heritage.

The love she had for her family will be remembered through her twin sons; Luke (Jesica) Poulos and their children Jadan, Anna, and Joshua; and Matthew Poulos and his son Liam.

Cremation has taken place and the family will have a small celebration by Higgins Lake this summer in remembrance of the amazing woman she was.
