Free COVID Tests still available

The home tests are also available free of charge at Nimkee pharmacy, Nimkee Public health, and Cardinal Pharmacy (use their drive through if you are having symptoms).  If your test appears to be expired google the expiration date – they have been extending that date for about 7 months for the Binex.  Remember not to expose others if you have an acute respiratory illness – wear a mask and call before coming to the clinic please.

The updated Covid vaccine is available and easy to get at the health department and most pharmacies.  It is especially important for elders and those that are immunocompromised.  Insurance usually covers it.  If you don’t have insurance call the Central Michigan Health Department and they have a free program.
