The deadline for adult annual reports is Thursday, May 4, 2023 by 5 pm. There are approximately 103 adult annual reports that have not been turned in.
The deadline for June child welfare affidavits is Friday, May 5, 2023 by 5 pm. There are approximately 129 child welfare affidavits still out.
