Protocols for seeking
Traditional Services:
• When seeking a traditional healer bring an offering of tobacco.
• Behavioral Health has tobacco resources available to bring
to your appointment.
• Anyone seeking traditional healer services are asked to abstain
from drug/alcohol use four days prior to their visit.
• Women on their sacred “moontime” (monthly cycle) cannot be seen.
However, women can be seen two days after their moontime ends.
