We would like to take this opportunity to remind all SCIT Tribal Members (including youth), the deadline to submit a COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive application is 12/31/22.  Last year, on October 6, 2021, Tribal Council passed a motion approving the COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive. This program is set to end on 12/31/22 with the final payments being sent out in the middle of January 2023. If you wish to take part in the program, you must complete a “COVID-19 Vaccination Application (attached)” and a copy of your vaccination card by 12/31/22.
