Author Dawn Quigley will offer two workshops:

Dawn Quigley, Ph.D. and citizen of the Turtle Mountain Band of Ojibwe, ND, is an educator and former Indian Education program director, as well as the author of Apple in the Middle, the Jo Jo Makoons series, Native American Heroes, and more.

 

Monday, May 23: Learn about Dawn Quigley’s experience writing, getting published, and as a Native author of books for children and youth.

Wednesday, May 25: Learn more from Dawn Quigley including a Q&A on writing for children, the pre-publishing process, and how to get your work to those who can help get it published.

 

Attendees will receive a copy of Jo Jo Makoons: The Used-To-Be Best Friend while supplies last
