The family of Jessie Ray Tackett has notified the Tribal Clerk’s Office today of his passing on Sunday, January 3, 2021. Funeral arrangements are currently pending at Clark’s Funeral Chapel in Mt. Pleasant. Jessie was not a Veteran.
