…….we at Nimkee & Saganing Tribal Center join the CDC in honoring these special days and encourage you to get tested any time!
3 TESTING LOCATIONS IN MT PLEASANT & 1 location at Saganing Tribal Center
Nimkee Clinic offers FREE WALK-IN HIV testing if you are CHS eligible.
Call Contract Health (775-4634 or 775-4635 or 775-4636) to confirm if you are CHS eligible.
At the receptionist desk, circle the word LAB on the sheet of paper at check-in.
The nurse will escort you back to the lab.
When in the lab tell the nurse you would like an HIV test.
No one else needs to know why you are here.
Many people come in for lab, you could be here for a flu shot, cholesterol screen & many other things.
Your confidentiality is very important.

If you are a CMU student, contact Lori at 774-4446 to make an appointment. The fee is $25.00
Central Michigan District Health Department- contact Kim at 773-5921 ext. 8409 for an appointment.
The cost is $45.00
