SCA Student Honoring

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!

Each year, one gwiizens (boy) and one kwezens (girl) from each SCA class is chosen and honored at the Annual Round Dance.  They are chosen for their hard work, academic achievements and strong participation in Anishnaabe Bimaadziwin class. Academic teachers and AB Teachers had some tough decisions to make this year!

Your 2015 Honored SCA students are:

Pre-Kindergarten: Zhaabwii Pamp-Ettinger & Donovan Harris

Kindergarten: Girl – Syriana Smith & Angelo Leaureaux

1^st Grade: Kayana Pelcher & Quinn Pelcher

2^nd Grade: Fredrick Highley & Meadow David

3^rd Grade: Raymond Pelcher & Felicia Saunders

4^th Grade: Paul Shomin & Julianna Garcia

5^th Grade: Mnookmi Massey & Jacob Williams

6^th Grade: Lars George & Liberty Morland.

Special invitation cards have been sent home with all these students.  All family members and friends of these hard working students are also invited.  The Honoring Song will take place at 8:30pm on Saturday March 14^th, 2015 in the Tribal Gym.
