Nimkee Clinic
It’s that time of year again, yes fall but more importantly, time to get your flu shot! It helps protect both you and your family. It is even more important this year to boost your immunity to the flu with Covid 19 in our community, as it is possible to get both which could be devastating. We are having clinics but are trying something new this year. To help protect everyone this year we are going to host a couple drive through clinics at Nimkee and partner with the Health Department to offer a big community drive thru clinic. Please post these for those who might now have email.
October 3rd from 10 am – 2 pm, Nimkee front entrance drive through (6 months and up)
October 8th from 7 am – 1 pm, Casino entertainment hall (employees)
October 13th from 10 am – 4 pm, Saganing Community center (employees and adult community members)
October 17th from 10 am – 2 pm, Nimkee front entrance drive through (6 months and up)
October 20th from 3 pm – 9 pm, Casino entertainment hall (employees)
October 28th - County wide flu clinic sponsored by the Central Michigan Health Department and the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe. This will be a drive through clinic at the Casino parking garage. More details to follow.
Everyone must wear a mask. Please do not come if you are ill or have been exposed to covid in the 2 weeks prior to the clinic.
As always, everyone stay healthy! Eat well to get your vitamins, get enough sleep, de stress, exercise and get some fresh air to help your immune system!
