Nimkee Memorial Wellness Center wants to remind our community of the continued precautions related to the COVID-19 pandemic that are currently being taken at the clinic for ALL patients:

·        Masks required for entry to building

·        Temperature check and health screening required to enter waiting area

·        ONLY the patient who has an appointment may enter with building with the following exceptions;

o   Adult patient who requires assistance and/or private caregiver may have ONE (1) guest

o   Minor children may be accompanied by ONE (1) parent/guardian
