• All people who need access to Nimkee Memorial Wellness Center please use the
• front/main medical entrance. This includes not only patients, but also outside
• vendors and other departmental employees.
• If you have an appointment; only the patient will be permitted in the building.
•  If you are a minor or adult that needs assistance only one person can accompany you.

Please note there will screening questions for anyone entering the building:

1. Do you have fever?

2. Do you have a cough?

3. Do you have shortness of breath?

4. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with coronavirus

(COVID-19) that you know of?

If you answer yes to any of these 4 questions you will be asked to return to your car and you

will be given a phone number to call the nurse line for further directions.
