Shirley Brauker (Little River Band of Odawa) is a gifted and accomplished artist whose “lifelong passion” has been creating art. Shirley, who works in many different mediums including clay, bronze, beadwork, drawing, painting, block print, dolls and storytelling, has received many honors and awards for her artwork. She received her Bachelor and Master of Fine Arts degrees, as well as an Honorary Doctorate, from Central Michigan University. She has taught many classes and hundreds of workshops and is the owner of Moon Bear Pottery and Indian Arts in Coldwater, MI.

In this training session, Shirley will discuss important areas of development for managing an entrepreneurial art business including: marketing strategies, building an artist resume, art markets, pricing, and displaying artwork.
