Registration Open for A Food Preservation Class: Meat canning - FULL

Please join Nimkee’s Diabetic Team and SCTC Extension in welcoming Kara Lynch from MSU Extension for A Food Preservation Class on canning meat.  It’s hunting season for some and will be soon for others, so you can learn how to can your venison.  Canned venison can be used in many recipes and because it is shelf stable is great for deer camp where refrigeration space might be low.
