Tribal Opioid Summit - Memory Wall of Healing

Please be advised the Second Annual State and Regional Tribal Opioid Summit “Building Solutions, Healing Communities” on June 12 and 13, 2019 at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort Conference Center is asking the communities for remembrances of loved ones who have lost their lives to addiction.

We are looking to use the information to form a “ memory wall of healing” and are requesting the families to send a JPEG photo and a brief write up of their loved one to be included in the project.  Please send information directly to Carol Jackson at carjackson@sagchip.org and please access more information regarding registration on the summit at www.sagchip.org.
