"Everyone wants to believe-Why not me?"
Steve's mission is to help people identify their current beliefs and behaviors, so they can move beyond normal and excel in life. Steve mentions “What could be more rewarding than to see someone decide to do something different and create an opportunity to achieve a better result”.
Steve creates a learning environment that participants enjoy being a part of. "The training room has to be safe for everyone. People need to feel like they can think out loud. Steve also understands and respects participants own life experiences. " The reality of our day to day attitudes and experiences need to be given equal time in relationship to the ideal results we are striving to achieve". I have found that using humor and respect to validate what life is, can be a great platform to experience what life can be."
Steve's passion for helping people and believing in people can clearly be seen in everyone of his workshops. "People come to our workshops for different reasons, but deep down everyone wants to believe "why not me!" This can mean another step on the path they're on, or a u-turn that initiates a new journey. Discovering the individual talents we effortlessly bring with us and how to apply them is personal power. '
