"There is nothing more satisfying then seeing the lights come on and the 'a-ha' moment"

Andrew's teaching philosophy emphasizes critical thinking, creativity and self analysis "By stimulating questions, I can steer folks to discover. Once that happens, I step aside and let them interact and learn from each other." "Sometimes the best moments in class are when the invisible becomes visible for participants".

Andrew's classes also focuses on self confidence" If a participant believes in themselves it sets them up for their success. " Andrew says. "I just give participants the tools to get over some speed bumps. Where they go from there is up to them"

Andrew believes his job is to make sure his participants understand, feel, and embrace the material. "The lack of student understanding is my problem, and therefore I will adjust my technique or coaching methods so they do understand," he says. "There is nothing more satisfying then seeing the lights come on and the 'a-ha' moment. Those moments are the most satisfying moments for me as a trainer."

Andrew has spent many years is the retail and Food and Beverage industries before coming to us. He currently has a bachelor's in Marketing and a MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. He currently works at Saginaw Chippewa Tribal College as an Adjunct business professor teaching classes like introduction to management and introduction to business,
