Banishements

The Tribal Council of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan has authority to exclude individuals from Tribal lands within the Isabella Indian Reservation as provided by the Tribal Constitution and Tribal Ordinance No. 3 (Code of Conduct and Power to Exclude Non-Members). Ordinance No. 3 governs anti-social conduct or conduct that threatens the political integrity, economic security or health and welfare of the Tribe occurring within the Tribe’s jurisdiction, The following individuals have been excluded from Tribal lands within the boundaries of the Isabella Indian Reservation under the terms, and for conduct described by Tribal Council Resolution.
