Dr. Eisenmann is a board certified Family Practitioner who has been providing services at Nimkee Memorial Wellness Center since August 1992. Dr. Eisenmann received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Oral Roberts University School of Medicine in 1987. She completed her postgraduate training in Family Practice Residency, at MidMichigan Regional Medical Center, Midland, Michigan in 1990. Dr. Eisenmann is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine and an adjunct staff member at McLaren Central Michigan Hospital.

In her spare time, Dr. Eisenmann enjoys reading, camping, taking her antique tractor to shows and attending or watching sporting events (Detroit Tigers, U of M, C.M.U.).

Dr. Kissoondial has worked for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe since 2013. Dr. Kissoondial is a board certified Family Practice Physician. Dr. Kissoondial received his medical degree from Utkal University, Orissa, India in 1990. He completed his Family Medicine Residency in 1996 at the Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. He served as a Family Practice Physician and Associate Medical Director from 1996 to June 2013 at the Community Health Net/Hamot Medical Center.

In her spare time, Dr. Eisenmann enjoys reading, camping, taking her antique tractor to shows and attending or watching sporting events (Detroit Tigers, U of M, C.M.U.).

Shelley Frantz, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant. Shelley received her Master's of Science majoring as a Physician Assistant from Central Michigan University. Her undergraduate degree was also obtained from Central Michigan University in Health Fitness and Preventative and Rehabilitative Programs.

Shelley has formally worked in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Urgent Care within the Mt. Pleasant area. Shelley has joined the Nimkee Medical staff in August 2016.

Sierra studied at Lansing Community College and received her Associates in Nursing in 2017. While working as a Registered Nurse Sierra completed her RN to BSN at Michigan State in 2019. Sierra completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Michigan State University and was certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the summer of 2023.
Sierra has had a diverse career in nursing, including working at a rural hospital, in an urban health department, with a local Health Department during COVID, and in a University setting as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. Most recently, Sierra has been working at the health department again as a Mobile Health Nurse Practitioner focused on community outreach. Sierra is so excited to be joining the staff at Nimkee Medical Clinic and to be serving the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe.
Sierra lives at home with her partner, Nolan, and their two rescue cats, Shayla & Eliza in Lansing, MI. Sierra enjoys spending time with her large family, friends, reading the many books she checks out from the local library, moving her body (hiking, biking, swimming, and doing yoga), gardening in her home garden, and traveling.
